I immediately issued a refund through the aliexpress application. The next day I sent the goods by mail to the seller. After a few days of communication with the Market support service, it turns out that the seller refuses to return the goods, arguing that the grill is in good condition, attaching a corresponding video where the regulator really works properly. Miracles and only, the device healed itself during the journey from St. Petersburg to Hong Kong. In general, all negotiations with the seller and the support of the Market were unsuccessful, the Market simply sided with the seller. Most likely, the seller simply repaired the device (I admit that the malfunction was easily fixed) and passed it off as the fact that there were no problems with the grill. In general, they sent it back to me, naturally also at my expense. Now I have 2 of these grills, because. on the same day (on the day the malfunction was discovered) the exact same one was ordered on the market. My mistake was that I did not record the malfunction itself on a video or photo, only those photos that the Market application asks to add when making a return, and as it turned out, they are not saved anywhere by the user, and in the process of considering this dispute, the Market did not use these the photo as my evidence, and the video taken by the seller (a day or two after he received the goods) is absolutely no evidence that the grill came from me in good condition, and was not repaired by them. In general, the Electricity store left a disgusting impression of itself, in case of problems, if you do not have iron evidence of your innocence, you will remain extreme. The customer focus of the store is below the plinth. My advice to those who will buy at least something from them with delivery: shoot a video from the moment you unpack and until you fully check what you are buying from them, otherwise you will not be able to prove your case, aliexpress support will not help you either. PS: I wonder why I should buy exactly the same grill on the same day if the first one, according to the seller, has no problems?

After receiving the order (delivery was from Hong Kong to St. Petersburg), it turned out that the right regulator does not allow you to set the maximum temperature at 230 degrees, but only 200 (continued in the comments).
