This coat rack looks aesthetically pleasing and is probably a good buy. However, I was missing two key pieces - the shoulder pieces that connect the side bars to the top bar. It looks like the company knows that missing parts can be a problem, as the box includes a postcard that reads "Please call before returning to the store!". So I called (postponed, tried and failed to leave the VM - got disconnected), emailed with help on said postcard and finally found a place on their website to request spare parts. I submitted a claim but the processing time is 7-10 days. In this case, since I ordered this item on the leaderboard, I should have simply returned the original wardrobe and ordered a different one from them or another supplier. Also, there was a piece of glue on the raw wooden board that was pretty ugly.
