I like how easy it was to set up my account with this software! It works well across all platforms (PCs/Mac) so there's no need to worry about compatibility issues when using multiple devices at once.

The interface could be more intuitive - some of us are not computer savvy enough to figure out where everything goes without help. We have been able to use our own personal email accounts instead of having to rely solely on an Exchange server which has helped eliminate many IT headaches we used to deal with before implementing Maximea.
