I will order my third container and am still waiting for the results.

I ordered this out of desperation for help with my IBS issues. I was also drawn to the product because of its claims to improve hair, skin, and nails. First of all, I would like to state that I use almost 2 full containers of it every day without exception. It dissolves in less than 10 seconds when stirred into a hot drink. It's "tasteless," but that doesn't mean it's tasteless. There is a noticeable taste, but it's mild and doesn't bother me (I add it to a cup of tea with some honey). I'm patient, knowing that supplements can take months to work, but so far I haven't noticed anything different in any way. Maybe I've had an improvement in my IBS, or maybe my IBS is on a slight decline, which happens to me from time to time, I can't say for sure. My hair is actually thinner than it has ever been in my life and there is probably nothing I can do to prevent it from falling out. My nails are as brittle as ever. Maybe the 3rd glass will be different. As I said, this takes time. Just presenting my experience and informing people that this is not a quick fix. There is a sticker on top of the jar offering a free container if you fill out the form and write a review. I did this about 7-8 weeks ago and never got a free jar. I have not experienced any negative side effects at all so my journey with this product continues. UPDATE: I was about to back order this product but when I logged on to Revain I saw their customer service department called me a liar and said I never purchased their item. I replied with my 3 order numbers and dates, they removed this comment. They posted a link where I could discuss my experience with them, but the link goes nowhere. So I post an unflattering morning photo of me with a glass in my hand and let them know that due to their poor customer service I won't be ordering again. That's it for a 3 star review stating I haven't seen results yet, my review wasn't even negative and I was about to reorder. UPDATE #2 The company contacted me and apologized profusely for Melanie's original (now deleted) comments. to my first review. I accept their apologies and have discussed with the CEO the possibility of increasing my dose, possibly up to twice a day, and they will be monitoring my progress. I am impressed with their efforts to make me right and will continue to use their products.
