We have had ample time to use this product and let me start by saying that it surpasses any hydro therapy tool I have used in the past. It is simple to install and effortless to use. It is a real time saver compared to using an enema bag.Drawbacks:The plastic knob needs to be metal. Mine broke the first day. BUT. and I can't stress this enough. I had a replacement product at my door within 42 hours from the phone call. EXCELLENT customer service!I will stay at 4 stars because of the plastic (Shortcut) knob. I mean come on. It's the one thing that is used most often which makes it a high failure rate candidate.The other thing I noticed which could become a problem is no reinforcement where the nozzle attaches to the hose. The potential for a hose failure is probable. I would recommend a flared metal appendage at the base of the nozzle (screw in point) to allow a more effortless insertion.Other than that. Great Product. Superb customer service.
