I love that it has saved SO MANY HOURS of time in an already hectic season! The program is very user friendly as well, this made training employees MUCH easier than with other products we were exploring at one point. There aren't enough hours to use all its capabilities yet (although there are many!). With less paper flow through our office due from all sources being managed by crisis track software; you can spend more quality face-to-face contact with coworkers as opposed to having documents lying around for someone else's convenience or sending out multiple emails throughout your day just asking people where things need updating/attention/signing off - they're right there within seconds without needing any effort whatsoever! I like that it is easy to use, I can see all my employees, including those who are not using the system, in one place. It is also very user friendly. The only thing I don't like about this program is that when you have multiple people working for your organization, sometimes it will not allow you to add more than 1 person. This is helpful in tracking information about an employee's attendance, time off, etc.
