Review on 🎞️ 80 GAUGE Stretch Film Gauge TRM 44018 by Phil Casey

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It worked great! I wrapped one of these very large recyclables.

This is my first wrap film. I did a little research before purchasing and found that 80 gauge was the best choice for my purpose. It worked great! I packed one of those extra large recyclable containers that - let's face it - was overflowing with goods. I also tied a brand new chair to the outside of the trash can, and by 'tied' I mean I used the chair on the outside of the trash can and used duct tape to keep it in place. It was all then sent abroad, oh, what tears of joy. (I like my puns). The film easily "seal” the swollen lid of the trash can. Without a single protest, he pushed the chair against the wall of the can. All items arrived at their destination in pristine condition. The foil ripped several times while wrapping and each time I felt the moment I pulled it tight before it ripped. Believe me I was very stressed. As I said, this was my first time using this wrap and I started out by not stretching it enough and then over stretching it. It didn't take long to figure out the breaking point and everything went very well. I got four large spools and used just over half of one to get the job done. I know in my heart I could have stopped before this point, but we had so much fun packing and how bad it can be for "a little more protection". I would buy this again from this seller.
