Review on Singletouch by Elvis Kohl

I really like how easy it was when adding new users - my colleagues at work could do most things without me having any training or support from singltouche! It's very simple but also has so much power that we can use if needed. The customer service team are amazing too- always willing/able help out even outside working hours which makes life easier as well :) As mentioned previously there isn't anything i dislike about this program (yet!) however one thing would be great in future updates; A way where orders placed through our website go directly into your order book rather than being held until manually entered by staff members every time? This should happen sooner though hopefully!! We have been able solve all problems quickly using their knowledge base articles available online plus they will get back within 1 business day 99%+ times unless its something super technical e.
