I was looking for a solution to a problem with my DVR that kept falling off my windshield. It looked perfect. The narrow mount was necessary as the mirror on my Cherokee is large and has multiple sensors behind it, leaving little space. The bracket can be easily and securely attached to the mirror. while the quality of the device is good. My problem is that this is not enough to set up the camera properly. The camera is pressed against the mirror and cannot be pointed down, so it doesn't record what's directly in front of my hood. This device must have an extension cord or it must be slightly longer. All cars that have electronics in and behind their mirrors require you to measure carefully to make sure it works for you.
