Guarantee ? The best headphones

They were perfect when I first received them. After two and a half months, the right earpiece stopped working. I have contacted Revain who forwarded my email to the seller because it is still under warranty but it is too late to send Revain back. The seller then said to get in touch with Revain. Now we're at a dead end. They have a one year guarantee. The seller needs to be replaced. It's not Raven's fault.
