I liked that you just have to touch the device and it opens to fit the phone and closes automatically. I like that it charges wirelessly after the base unit has been charged for the first time. What doesn't impress me is that it doesn't securely hold a case-equipped phone due to the extra weight. The phone only fell out once, but apparently that was the reason.
