As I spend a lot of time at the computer, purchasing a pad that also has a wrist pad is not a luxury but rather a requirement for me. At one time, I purchased low-quality Chinese ones for literally one hundred dollars. However, the low-quality ones had a smell, and the pad sagged after only a couple of months of use. First of all, this rug does not have any sort of unpleasant odor, and second of all, it has a great deal of volume. The thickness of the rug itself is approximately half a centimeter, and a small pillow adds another couple of centimeters to the total. A pleasure to the touch and only slightly stretchy in nature. I'll keep you posted on what comes next. In the meantime, I'd like to add this to the review: after almost half a year of use, the pad that goes under the wrist did not practically deform, and the coating on the rug itself did not change either.
