I bought this device to be able to organize and store various memory cards that I usually take with me on hikes. Since I carry different types of cards with me for each camera and device (CF, SD, microSD and finally CF Express), I needed a case that could accommodate all of these types. This one is good for a decent amount of all of them at once. Time. I haven't tested the durability, water resistance, or waterproofing, but it seems pretty good on both counts. However, it is not very compact. The design is cool, but it has those 'slanted' edges that prevent it from lying flat on a table and is a bit thinner to fit easier in your pocket, for example.
