Faulty thermometer fails accuracy test
Based on my experience, this thermometer proved to be a total disappointment. The readings were inconsistent and mostly inaccurate, making it unreliable for any recipe. The only positive aspect was its quick response time, but that doesn't make up for its poor performance. Save your money and invest in a better quality thermometer.
