Failed to load media. Works perfectly! Connecting the Polono was easy. It remains only to connect the power cord and cable to the PC. I connected the USB and downloaded the manual. I installed it on my computer which was a bit confusing but I was able to figure it out. During installation it only turned off my computer once and I had to reinstall it, after that it worked properly. As you can see I did a few test runs and everything was perfect. It's running smoothly. The manual says what the color of the indicator means. I definitely recommend it. *** This was my first review: ** I followed all the instructions to install the program on my computer, then went into my printer settings to do a test print and got an error message. Suddenly my computer restarted automatically. I've tried the 3x step and the same result every time.
