Review on Enhance Cleaning Efficiency with Shop Vac 90526 Small Foam Sleeve by John Destruction

Many here complain that the Foam Filter Sleeve (90526) is too small and breaks during installation. I suspect they are not using it as designed. The foam sleeve is NOT designed to fit over the cartridge. It is only intended for wet applications and is installed in place of the filter cartridge. In other words; Wet application, use foam sleeve only. Dry application, use cartridge only.
