Lanyard slip ring too tight

Lanyard to gas cap body does not rotate very easily on the gas cap body, making the cap installation difficult. This is the second Chinese gas cap I have bought for my Toyota. Although different manufacturers, both had this problem. Stop by OEM Toyota.
