I've had it for 3 months now and everything is fine. It has plenty of adjustment options to position the mic the way you want it. You can also tighten or loosen the screws and knobs to adjust the tension of the moving sections. It easily supports my Aokeo AK-6 USB Microphone and ZRAMO TH106 Black Spider Universal Microphone Mount. I had to tighten the screw to increase the tension on one of the pivot points as the mic flexed under its own weight and the weight of the shock absorber. Once I tightened the screw everything worked great. Maybe I got a good copy. I haven't had the durability issues that some people worry about. It's very stable and the build quality is pretty solid. I don't know, for the price now 9.99 I think it's worth the risk.
