I have been using this product for 10 years now and have looked at the bad reviews. Here's what you need to learn how to use the product. I mean, I get tons of compliments wherever I go. If you have curly or wavy hair this is a great product. This is the best way to use it. ONLY APPLY TO VERY WET HAIR. I REPEAT VERY WET. After rinsing/washing your hair, comb through (do not comb). Divide your hair into two sections and apply the cream from the bottom up. Style your hair upside down and comb and massage all the curls. Take a spray bottle and spray it onto the curls while fluffing them up with your other hand. When product has been applied all over and your hair is completely soaked, use ONLY a FAN to dry your hair. Heat makes your hair frizzy and clumpy, not to mention damaging it. Sit in front of the fan at full power for 4 minutes on each side. Then slowly scrunch your hair when you feel it drying. If you need a video, please comment below.
