This wonderful watch arrived today! I read several reviews that said it was too big and/or too heavy. I'm glad I persevered and bought it anyway. I love the vintage look of the dial and it sits in an elegant shiny platinum setting with a blue "sapphire" in the crown of the stem. Love the chic vintage/modern crossover style! My wrist wears a 7" or 8" bangle, it's a bit big but ok for draping. It would be uncomfortable for a watch of this size to fit snugly on the wrist with no play in the strap. Since I'm a musician and conductor, he breaks down during rehearsals, but that's definitely my habit. I bought these because the battery had failed in my 'regular' watch with no time or place to replace it anytime soon, but I need the watch! This beautiful item does NOT look like it will cost $12.95. I think they will become my new "normal" watch. :)
