Works well on the bay in my review.

My 3.5 year old wore in the bay and sand. He liked wearing them and didn't feel the need to take them off when he got out of the water, so it should be comfortable. Velcro closure provided a good fit

Pros

We are grateful for your shoes. So far, so good. I think our little one likes to bounce at the step.

Cons

May not be suitable for children with foot or ankle problems.
