Review on πŸ–ŠοΈ Gel Pens Set, Tanmit 240 Colored Gel Pen Set with Refills - Ideal for Adults Coloring Books, Drawing, Art Projects - No Duplicate Colors! by Amber Austin

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Please, gel pen manufacturers, make a high quality gel pen with names, numbers and refills that can easily identify the pen and the refill!

So far so good. I have 100 gel pens from very expensive to dollar stores. Recently I've been very excited about the gel pens that come with refills. Gel pen lovers will go crazy for gel pens! So the idea of the replenishment was amazing. That's why I bought this pack from Tamnit, which offered such a wide range of colors. I have to say they are smooth and so far I've had no problems getting the grip to work, no clogs or puddles. They seem to have a thick tip, which has given me some trouble with some of my tricky parts, but I'm learning to deal with that. There are really beautiful colors that are not in my millions of gels! They don't bleed, but leave a noticeable shadow on thinner paper. They dry relatively quickly, but leave plenty of time for blending. So why 3 stars you ask? That's because, as far as I can tell, there's no way to just find the right pen refill. Each pen has a number on the plastic barrel but not on the refill or the original ink inside the pen. So why number the plastic and not the ink? Because of this, I would be disappointed with the refill aspect of this product. There are plenty of gel pens out there for us gel addicts, so please. Gel pen makers, for the love of the craft and for those of us who do it for hours at a time. label the product the same way our crayon makers do. They will make art lovers so happy and rewarded with endless sales because true gel addicts will never get enough! It's better for us than "crack" (I think so, but I've never tried crack myself. Gel pens are my favorite "drug")

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Makes me angry
