Great purse! Nice and slim, perfect for carrying in the front pocket. The outer material feels very durable; I hope it's more durable than my last canvas wallet (different brand). This wallet has a cash compartment suitable for US currency. Anything taller or wider than US currency must be added. There are four credit card-sized slots, two on each side, which are slightly offset from each other (so cards can be easily removed from the slots below). The top card on each page is visible through the clear plastic. One of the reasons I chose this particular wallet was the way the credit card slots are aligned; Cards are inserted horizontally from the "back" of the wallet rather than vertically from the top. I've lost cards in the past from wallets that had card slots that opened. (In other words, when this wallet is closed, the cards cannot fall out). As you can see from the photos there is no outside marking on it. A small fabric label is sewn on the inside, it says "Flowfold" on one side and "MADE IN USA Carry the future" on the other. The canvas that these wallets are made of is reinforced, it is a diamond pattern visible in the photos. (much better seen in the photo of light wallets). It looks cool but I chose black and in black it's only visible from certain angles. You can feel it in the fabric, but it's barely noticeable. I won't have a hard time putting it in my pocket or taking it out of my pocket. The material is slippery than any leather wallet but not as slippery as my previous canvas wallet. It stays in my pocket, it's not smooth enough to slip out on its own. Some canvas wallets make a rustling noise when lifted and opened, as if paper were crumpled. This wallet is pretty quiet. It's not as quiet as a leather wallet, but it doesn't wrinkle either. At the time of writing this review, my wallet contained a driver's license, a credit card, 5 other cards the same thickness as a credit card, and $27 (ten, two fives, and sevens). It's quite thin despite containing a lot of stuff, definitely thinner than any leather wallet! (Hint: I wouldn't carry cash at all if it weren't for gas stations that give a discount for using cash instead of cards. Stupid gas stations, cash is a thing of the past.) Edit: Two years and a few months later sees mine Flowfold Vanguard looks almost the same as it did the day it arrived. In fact the only sign of wear is a slight bending at the corners as it was carried in a bag. Photos are attached. I am very impressed with how well my wallet has held up having just purchased the RFID blocking version: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071X32BHB
