Great tool that improves efficiency and reduces costs

We use hyllo for our customer service team, allowing them to interact with customers in an efficient manner by reducing call times as well increasing satisfaction from both sides of communication - which leads directly back onto more sales! The main problem we have faced so far has been lack of training resources but this issue can be resolved easily through additional coaching sessions (and maybe some free time).

It's great having all your agents working together within one platform rather than being spread out across different departments or teams; it makes life much easier when handling complex queries where multiple people need access/input at once.

Pros
  • The platform and the customer service team both of which have been great to use and have been a great team to have on our team
Cons
  • It's a great platform but it's a great platform with great training and time to use it
