They seem fine, I'm a size too small and have never bothered to replace them. BE SURE TO MEASURE HOW MUCH SPACE YOU NEED TO CLOSE, otherwise the pins will not be long enough to fully connect. Too long will also be bad, they will fall out pretty much and either ruin things or be useless at best.
