I used Rabitgoo film on the bathroom window to avoid privacy and get natural light. Looks great by the window (obscures the view of my neighbor's house) and lets in all the natural light. I chose the pebble pattern because we have a "pebble flow" in our shower tile (left photo) and it highlights that nicely. I'm not known for cutting and measuring accurately, but I was able to install this myself with no rework. Just follow the video instructions and you'll be fine! I cut the film about 1/2 inch larger than the window size and then trimmed around the edge with an Xacto knife after installation. To match the pattern (my window was wider than the film) I found a repeat of the pattern and aligned the second piece to overlap the first using matching patterns, then trimmed the overlap after installation. I had some editing issues with this last step because my knife wasn't sharp enough to cut through both layers without stretching the film, but the film was fairly forgiving and these flaws aren't visible unless you stand up few inches away from the window and looking for them. It was very easy to remove all the bubbles and after a week I didn't see any peeling so hopefully it will stay installed with the upcoming weather changes without any problems or shrinkage.
