Does not work well with breast pumps

Ordered these for my wife and she said they fit well in the flange but if she expressed little milk when she took them out of the flange she got more than with the insert. a refund.

Pros

Great solution for moms with small nipples who use large nursing pads. Proper fit of the nipple tunnel is essential for comfort and efficient milk production. It can be compatible with Spectra and Medela (Freestyle, Harmony, Sonata and Swing-Maxi pumps) and other brands.
