I bought these sandals for our trip to Florida in March (traveling from Michigan). I wanted something I could wear in the sand, water, climbing over trees & rocks…and go with the dress I was wearing to our niece’s wedding. It was the perfect sandal; in & out of water, for the wedding and just long enough to keep my toes from being smashed when I bumped my foot into the side of a ramp! The velcro has great grip & is good for adjusting to tighten in the water and loosen on land. The strapping did not stretch, which i was happy about. Overall, a very comfortable & versatile sandal that I will be able to wear for many more years.
