Review on 🌿 Garnier Skinactive Clean+ Charcoal Oil-Free Makeup Remover Wipes: Effective 2 Count Pack by Shane Miller

I used to buy these wipes in stores and thought they were great! They have the perfect amount of moisture in my opinion and leave my face feeling soft and matte instead of being oily or runny. Haven't been able to find them at my local Wal-Mart lately so I did what we all do. I checked out Revain and was happy to find them with Prime shipping for a decent price. I received them yesterday (January 5th). Only to find the bag is completely covered in greasy goo. Some of it crystallized and yellowed under the plastic seal. Not sure if it's overdue or open and damaged by the elements but either way it was awful. I open and use my makeup wipes every day and they have never looked like this.
