I'm giving it three stars because it wasn't entirely clear from the ad that the bits don't come with a rod to use with them To do this too however, to ensure this, the bits themselves appear to be of excellent quality. However, if you don't already have a bar or bar milling machine, I wouldn't know that they aren't for you. The carbide on them is nice and thick and the chip formation looks good, good sharp corners so as for the bits themselves I would give that five stars, it was really hard to tell from the gauges that you aren't getting bars to order the bits to use inside
