The timer is great. Very easy to use and practical as it is a timer and a stopwatch. As for the thermometer, it still works. I had trouble closing the battery cover. The battery was a little stuck with insulating tape. Once closed, it is easy to handle. Large numbers are easy to read and the needle cover acts as an extension for temperature measurement. The only problem is that the needle cover is permanently removed whether in use or not. This is a very loose case that rattles even when the thermometer is in an apron pocket.
