With these shoes you walk on clouds. I literally had to take them off and inspect the sole to make sure I didn't accidentally buy slippers! I have terrible feet - wide and flat. I am very careful to buy shoes that are exceptionally comfortable and supportive. They met and exceeded all of my expectations! They're both comfortable and stylish - I can wear these little ones to work, to the shops, or to a date. The soft insoles are AMAZING! They have a back so you can flip them over to the memory foam side but I prefer the regular insole. Unfortunately, they don't have enough arch support. That's to be expected, so I ordered a half size up and put on my Powerstep SlimTech 3/4 length orthotics, women's size: 9-10 1/2, men's size: 7-8 1/2, which are from my local running shop was recommended. Fits perfectly! I also think it's good that you can order the wide one in this size. I usually wear a 9.5 wide so I ordered a 10 wide and the pad was to die for. I also like the creamy color - in the right light it looks almost light grey. They are very stylish and look great with jeans.
