I'm sorry I took the "cheaper" route as I can't print now because after 10 pages my printer says to replace the ink cartridge must become. While I think black is fine - hard to say as it rendered my printer unusable. I have sent the information to the seller and am waiting for a response. UPDATE: Valuetoner replied to me within a day and sent replacement cartridges. I want to make sure my rating (1 star) is for the product and not the Valuetoner service. Today, Valuetoner gets a 5-star rating. We hope the new cartridges work as well as their customer service representative Amber! Got a replacement and so far the cartridges are working great. I've been using them for about a week so time will tell! Thank you again Thank you
