Let's start with the fact that these are good quality simple spoons. They haven't been used long enough to appreciate durability, but they hold up well with regular use and washing. No change in appearance. They are heavy and durable. I bought these as a replacement for a man who always seems to "lose" parts of his existing flatware set. They're not a perfect match, but they're a pretty good match. However, they are almost ridiculously large. When I first saw them, I first checked the box and then my order to make sure I had actually clicked on the right item. Yes, they're called "tablespoons," but they're a lot bigger than what I think is the right size for lunch. They really are something between a soup and a serving spoon. But the guy who got them sees absolutely no problem with that. Overall, these are durable, attractive, easy-to-use, and inexpensive spoons. Just note that when you order, you will receive giant spoons. If that suits you - and that might actually be a bonus - then go for it.
