I like that we can customize our campaigns to fit any need or budget by using their templates as well for those who don't want too much customization with them but still have all they would ever require in one place! They also offer great customer service which is always helpful when you're working remotely (I'm an engineer).
Their support team often times gets overwhelmed during peak hours so be prepared if it's not quite convenient at your work location/time zone - this has been my experience personally speaking from past interactions where i've had issues getting through over email instead via phone call- however there are ways around these problems such as creating tickets within ticketing system etc., otherwise just keep trying until someone responds back :) We use four cite primarily because its easy enought o get started quickly without having alotof training needed since most people already know how emails works anyways.- Email list building-.
