It works and I've had enough

First I have to say that I'm cursed with a can opener! They either don't work at all or only a few months before their death. I think they know me by my first name at the dollar store because I always buy can openers. I bought expensive ones, cheap ones, it doesn't matter if they don't last long. It got so bad that I started using a manual can opener. Now I have arthritis in my hands and I couldn't walk that path anymore and had to buy an electric can opener. I'm embarrassed to admit how much time I've spent on the internet researching and reading reviews about dumb can openers. After my exhausting research on this very important topic, I decided to do it. Well, maybe all that time wasn't wasted. I've had this opener for a few months now I use it almost every day and it still works great. I probably shouldn't be writing this review because the damn thing will die as soon as this gets postedπŸ˜€ Jokes aside, this can opener is very easy to use and has worked great so far. A few other reviewers have mentioned that it opens differently than a regular can opener. something about cutting from the side of the can. Mine works just like any other can opener I've ever used, it sits on the rim of the can and cuts into that rim. Sometimes I got a small piece of paper from the label in the food, but it's easy to remove. I didn't see any metal filings. I'm happy with this can opener and if and when it dies I'll probably replace it with the exact same model if still available. Happy discovery!
