Review on Xflyee by Rick Pickering

As a consistent Xflyee customer, I must admit that I have been extremely dissatisfied with my online purchasing experience. Although they have a sizable variety of sports and outdoor equipment, their general service and quality could use some work. The website is a confusing mess, with products buried deep within convoluted menus and lacking in any helpful information. Instead of showcasing their goods, it appears as though they are attempting to conceal them from the public. Even worse, the products I got were of poor quality and did not at all live up to my expectations. They were obviously not made to endure the rigors of outdoor activities and were cheaply made. And to cap it all off, they had terrible customer service. When I attempted to contact customer service for a refund or exchange, I encountered lengthy wait periods, unhelpful agents, and a general lack of interest in my satisfaction as a client. In other words, Xflyee fails to deliver high-quality goods and services to their clients. Avoid the hassle by purchasing your sports and leisure gear somewhere else.
