they fit the 2016 f150 perfectly. The headrest covers looked strange at first. After a few weeks, the headrest covers are on the headrests. now they look good. The plastic adjustment buckles broke after a few weeks so I attached the straps under the seat. These cases look very nice, but you may need to tighten the straps to keep the cases centered. When I installed them I didn't pull the headrests through the velcro. I put them through a couple of holes I made in the right position. I also used some zip ties on the top of the cover and headrests. which greatly simplifies installation.
