This is a great personal WiFi and I love that it comes with data so you can start using it right away. It's also cheaper than the advertised price because you don't need to buy data once you get the device. I teach online so I bought it in case my own internet goes down. I also have a VOiP phone so I use it when I need a phone on the go too. I am very dependent on that. Cons: The device itself is a bit bulky and looks like a very large iPhone. I had a situation where I charged the phone for several days and after unplugging it, the battery died for several hours. I'm not sure how it happened. Now I keep it charged and it works great. It's hard to set up in my opinion. I got a few errors and then got an email saying I need to update the device. Also, make sure you buy the device a few days before using it because you need to email them the IMEI number so they can activate it. It took me about a day and a half given the time difference. Pros: The device works as advertised. I like that there are SIM ports. So if you are in another country, you can buy a cheaper data SIM and use that. With other personal hotspots, I believe you have to buy data directly from them and the plans aren't cheap. This device is worth its money. After setting up the device, everything became very easy to use. All I have to do is connect my phone or computer to the provided Wi-Fi and it works right away. You can also use this phone as a charger as it has a USB port.
