Quality control needs improvement
is cute, but the clasp ripped when I first ordered it. They sent a replacement straight away and I have to say I thought it would be great. The replacement was better packaged but this time the strap was missing and you can see where it was sewn up, just like the previous case. I decided it would be better for me to return the product rather than keep replacing it. Too bad too, because it's a cute bag.
