Review on GAU 80506W Traditional Colombian Caldero Cooking by John Langdon

I bought this specifically for camping/hiking and it fills that role well as it is incredibly light. However, as mentioned in other reviews, the lid doesn't fit very well. Nobody expects the lid to actually close unless it's a pressure cooker, which it isn't. However, the lid doesn't even close flush. When you press on one side, the other side swings up. If I had bought it for kitchen use I would be disappointed. But the price was right and its weight will hardly be felt in the packaging and it will cook stew or grits on coals for a fire so I can live with a crappy production. Those are the facts. Choose wise.
