The ability for my employees in different locations (home office) be able see where I am during business hours when they need me most! It also allows them some flexibility with time off requests as well so it's great if you have remote workers who are scattered throughout your organization rather than being all under one roof like we do currently!! This would definitely help alleviate certain issues which could arise by having everyone together - especially regarding holiday schedules/schedules etc.. We use this software both internally within our own small team & externally through out clients too therefore its really helped us get rid og problems faced working remotely or away form main hub without needing expensive hardware solutions such has VPNs / VMs ect.,.
