The first few times they worked very well, then the battery quickly disappeared, holding a charge no more than 20 minutes. I sent them a year ago for a replacement they lost them in storage for. I have completely given up on the company but recently received an email that started with "Hi" (love the personal touch) and a tracking number. However, I cannot assign the number to any network operator. Sigh. I didn't hold my breath for this company. Stay away!
