The clock is never set, the band/app is not synced, the charger 2 is fragile. Haven't been able to use it since I bought it

Strap failed to sync or work from day one. I honestly went through 3 chargers because they are very fragile. It's about food. I still have chargers from other fitness trackers that no longer work.
