I ordered my usual 7.5 and they fit but if I were to wear thick socks, it would be pretty tight. I considered returning for an 8, but honestly the weather in my area is not terribly harsh. I wore them running errands for 4 hours and after maybe the first hour / hour and a half, the back started digging into my heels. I was wearing leggings so I was able to pull them down to protect my heel, but normal people would probably wear real socks with these. The pull tab on the back is super useful when pulling the shoes on, I am a little afraid it won’t last but time will tell.
