I was thinking of trying a remanufactured cartridge to save some money but it was a mistake. I bought these cartridges about 45 days ago and only used them today. Color worked well, but black cartridges rarely printed. One line would be good, the next three lines would be blank, partially printed, or spotted. I buy a new cartridge because I think the printer is defective, but no. The printer prints like new. So after opening two black cartridges and not being able to use them, I looked at the contact points and realized these cartridges are REALLY in use. Some contact surfaces were heavily tarnished or dented, etc. So buyers beware. They can be lucky but I wasn't one of them and I felt like I wasted my money. I will also contact the manufacturer and update the review once I know what can be done.
