Didn't work as advertised

Didn't work. The solution would be to expose the internal "pinout" between the db9 serial port and the utp cat-45 port. Unfortunately they didn't do that. Therefore, my project is delayed and I had to cover all the parts and labor associated with this moment with no refund. I've tried different serial devices and UTP connections and it still didn't work. I cannot recommend this product.
