This is a really cute brush set, and would make an awesome gift! My only gripe is that it produces static. I have a lot of "fly-aways" and "baby hairs" so they respond immediately to static. As soon as I use the brush, they start to stick up. It doesn't last long, and I usually put a product in my hair to tame the frizz, but it's an inconvenience all the same. It might not be the same with other hair types, but my medium thickness hair definitely has that problem with this brush. The comb didn't cause the same problem, but I think it could've benefitted from a better shape.
