Fantastic Steak Knives
We've had these knives for a long time and love their versatility. I use them for slicing various meats, vegetables and sandwiches. They work very well and cut almost everything perfectly. The pen feels good in the hand and I like the black dial because it doesn't look too obtrusive. It matches all my other kitchen items and has a modern aesthetic. Stainless steel with a non-stick coating also makes cleaning easier. My favorite feature is how sharp and high quality they are. I was concerned that they would be cheap and would need sharpening, but they held up very well after a lot of use.
