Disappointing Flare Dress for Women's Fashion
Based on my observations of this dress, it was a huge disappointment. Sure, the material was of good quality, but the design was very unflattering .The flare design was meant to be chic and playful, but it just made me look frumpy. I appreciate a good fit-and-flare dress but this was not one of them. Sorry, Tommy Hilfiger, this one was a miss in my book..
